Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage lead conversion and guide prospective students through the enrollment process, engaging with them through calls and social media platforms, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining a seamless communication experience.
At Orka Socials, you work with mentors, not bosses.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert inbound leads generated through social media and digital platforms.
- Engage prospects through structured sales conversations via phone calls, direct messages, and social media channels.
- Take full ownership of assigned leads, ensuring no inquiry is missed or unattended.
- Execute timely follow-ups and maintain a consistent lead-nurturing process to maximize conversions.
- Clearly explain course features, benefits, pricing, and enrollment procedures to potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth enrollment and onboarding of confirmed students.
Your qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales through social media platforms
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Clear understanding of lead qualification and conversion processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with sales targets and performance metrics
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Fluent in English and Nepali, both written and spoken.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all marketing materials.
- Passionate about digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Values feedback and collaborates effectively with the team to achieve desired outcomes.

- Work Days: Sunday to Friday(6 days a week)
